I live and work in my home studio, in the beautiful Chiltern Hills, in Hertfordshire, UK. A love of the natural world feeds my creativity and I create colourful, artworks exploring the landscape, plants and wildlife of the UK. My local area, with its undulating hills, ancient woodlands and waterways subtly inform the paintings, drawings and surface patterns I create, alongside a deep and lasting love of the UK coast which draws me to it through the seasons.
My working life has always been creative and I trained originally in 3D design, specialising in Jewellery. I believe very much in evolving as an artist and as such am always learning and exploring different disciplines which feed my creative practice. You are as likely to find me cutting fabric, as painting and printing and occasionally still pick up my tools to create jewellery.
I currently work primarily as an illustrator alongside my surface pattern design and create work to sell direct to clients and through stockists and galleries.
